Old resolutions

  • Previous resolutions were reviewed and amended or reaffirmed as they were.

New Resolutions

  • One new resolution was added.

Meeting evaluation

  • The seminar presentations were well attended, opening with 48 people and at times up to 54 people in attendance.

  • Preliminary evaluation of the evaluation forms from attendees, show very positive feedback.

  • It was decided that next year we would reduce the number of presentations by one

 

Committee meeting plan for the year

The committee agreed to meet at least three times a year

  • Once at the annual meeting

  • Once at the AAVLD/USAHA meeting

  • Once by conference call in early January to plan the annual meeting agenda
